WHAT IS A SCANNING SONAR
The transducer of a multibeam scanning sonar contains within it multiple elements that transmit simultaneously. This feature, which is usually present on professional equipment, guarantees a constantly updated image at each transmission on all 360°
SCANNING SPEED
The CSH-5L/8L sonar is capable of completing a circular scan with an amplitude of 360 degrees in 0.54 seconds, when a traditional search light sonar can take up to 30. This feature is extremely important for tracking and catching and of fish that move in schools.

CSH-5L sonars show the situation at 360° around the boat and provide the necessary information exactly when needed, leaving no corner or blind sector

Features
CSH-8L is a high power multi beam furuno sonar for professional fishing. Thanks to the advanced functions and the continuous and simultaneous transmission on 360° CSH-8L is able to quickly detect schools of fish even at great distances. The operating frequency can be 55 kHz or 68 kHz depending on the model selected. This sonar is offered in the black box version for connection to an external monitor (for optimal viewing we suggest FURUNO MU-152, MU150HD or MU-190HD monitors).
